An uncommon light paints the landscape at Rancho Mirage in southern California. This unique location became both palette and purpose as Hands On! conceived the design and content for the new Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert.
By tapping the natural sense of wonder in all of us, Hands On! created a singular space where young and old can explore the world. Hands On! worked with local artists and institutions to develop activities reflecting the rich traditions of the area, helping CDMOD take its place in the community as a cultural and educational resource.
